One St Peter's Square in the heart of Manchester has been given the green light for development by local planners.
Proposed by the Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund and its development partner Argent, the scheme will incorporate a new 270,000 sq ft modern office design building, with individual office spaces rising to 22,500 sq ft.
"In the coming months, we will move forward with the appointment of a contractor for the project and will be actively marketing the building to potential occupiers," commented James Nicholson, development director at Argent.
He added prospective tenants are looking forward to benefiting from large floorplates at the new premises.
Elsewhere in the city, Crain's Manchester Business reported Architectural firm Ark Design & Architecture has announced a move to new office space in Castlefield.
The firm has carried out its move from former premises in Leigh to new modern office space at Moho in Burton Place.
