Insurance underwriter and broker Towergate Risk Services (TRS) is reaping the benefits of carrying out the office relocation of its headquarters to Manchester earlier this year, it has been revealed.
Following the firm's move to office interior space on Portland Street, the company has built up a strong client base in the region and also renewed its three-year contract with the Federation of Small Businesses to provide insurance services and products to its 200,000-plus members.
Mike Shelley, managing director of TRS in Manchester, said: "We started from scratch in May, but we are quickly building up a good client base through offering tailored products to sectors rather than providing off-the-shelf products which try to fit all."
Elsewhere in the city, The Hive office interior development was recently topped out in Manchester's Northern Quarter.
The modern office design structure was awarded a BREEAM rating of Excellent, having incorporated a range of sustainable office design features in its construction.
