Terrace Hill has announced the opening of its fifth UK office interior in Manchester.
The company has set up new premises in the north-west in order to boost its influence within the region and to tap into growing demand for the firm's services in the area.
"Our new Manchester office is an important addition to our regional network and will further our unique ability to source attractive off market opportunities in strong regional centres," commented Terrace Hill's chief executive Philip Leech.
Andy Lavin - former head of Maple Grove Developments - has been recruited to take charge of the new office.
The company presently operates offices in Bristol, London, Glasgow, Stockton-on-Tees and now Manchester.
It is presently carrying out a range of office and business development projects, including 272,000 sq ft at the Maxis development in Bracknell, 122,000 sq ft at Quantum 1 & 2 in Maidenhead and 350,000 sq ft at Aeropark in Farnborough.
