Manchester office refurbishment planned

Property developer Magnus has been given the green light for the refurbishment of 19 Spring Gardens in Manchester by the local planning department, it has been announced.Crain's Manchester Business News reports that the company is set to begin a £2.5 million office refurbishment on the property and the 38,000 sq ft office interior will provide a grade A setting for business at a cost of £25 per sq ft.
Meanwhile, it has been announced that work on the project is set to get underway in September and the firm noted that this new development would complement the business' existing office stock within the city.
Steve Widdowson, director of Magnus, told the publication: "We are confident that the location of 19 Spring Gardens will appeal to potential occupiers."
In other news, the newspaper also recently reported that a potential £20 million office development is to take place in the city on a ten-acre site situated close to the City of Manchester stadium.
