Manchester office relocation for Hill Dickinson

Law firm Hill Dickinson is to acquire the assets of a fellow legal services provider after the latter went into administration.
Halliwells, which owned office space in Spinningfields, Manchester, will give up its properties in the city to Hill Dickinson, predominantly based in Liverpool at the moment, needofficespace.com reports.
The office relocation will allow Hill Dickinson to expand its Manchester operations and it is believed that the firm will also use the workforce from the financially troubled company.
In a statement, Halliwells said: "Halliwells LLP is in advanced discussions for the transfer of the business in its entirety to another highly regarded firm of solicitors due to events that have adversely impacted the finances of the firm."
BAM Construction recently announced that it has won the contract to build new headquarters for the Co-operative Group in central Manchester, which will enable an office relocation move for the company.
