Legal recruitment business Sacco Mann has taken on new office interior space at Hardman Estates' Vantage Point office scheme in Manchester's Spinningfields district.
The company has signed a ten-year lease for 1,800 sq ft of modern office design space at the building, which in total offers 50,000 sq ft of offices to firms.
John Sacco at Sacco Mann commented: "We wanted a building that was in [a] highly visible location, within close proximity of the concentration of solicitors and professional firms already based at Spinningfields."
He added that it is important that the firm's new regional office is reflective of the company's overall modern approach to recruitment.
Elsewhere in the city, talent agency James Grant Group recently announced it has moved into new office space at the Greenhouse at MediaCityUK.
The company presently employs more than 100 people in its offices in both Washington DC and London, with this third office targeted at tapping into the talent of the north of the UK.
