Financial planning business Pareto has purchased 4,500 sq ft of office interior space at 8 St John Street in Manchester from Davenham.
Pareto has now relocated from its former 1,500 sq ft premises at Spinningfields' 3 Hardman Square and hopes the additional office space will allow for greater recruitment in the months ahead.
The company is now planning to carry out a complete refurb of the premises to further boost its appeal.
John Stevenson of Pareto said: "This is a fantastic next step for us and says a lot about where we are going as a firm.
"St John Street has a reputation for attracting quality, professional organisations and we feel very proud to become a part of that."
Elsewhere in the city, a six-storey property at the corner of Warwick Road and Talbot Road has undergone a £1.3 million refurbishment.
Warwick House has been refurbished and has benefited from a range of sustainable and aesthetic upgrades, including brick-faced elevations and powder-coated, double glazed windows.
