Manchester office space: 2nd best in Europe

Manchester office space has been named as the second best in the Europe.
Office industry news source Choregus has reported that real estate specialist Cushman & Wakefield stated that the city is now the second best European city in terms of offering affordable office interiors to business in its UK Cities Monitor report.
The only city that was ranked higher in the report was London.
It noted that Manchester-based companies are currently being offered excellent deals in terms of cost, as well as providing good transport links and the chance for growth through other cities in the region - namely Liverpool, Bolton, Warrington and Leeds.
Meanwhile, Crain's Manchester Business recently reported that the Birkenhead-based painting and decorating firm Roy Hankinson Group is to relocate to a new office design in the city.
It currently employs approximately 200 members of staff and has an annual turnover in excess of £12 million per year.
