Max Property Group has purchased an office interior portfolio of 760,000 sq ft of modern office design space at ten properties across the UK.
The firm spent £36.5 million on the venture and now has a controlling stake in office buildings around the country, including 125,000 sq ft at Concord Business Park in Manchester, 107,000 sq ft at Centric MK in Milton Keynes and 47,000 sq ft at New Bond House in Bristol.
Other sites include two buildings at Brooklands Business Campus in Horsham, Overbridge Square in Newbury, Aldrin Place in Farnborough and 3500 to 3700 Solent Business Park in Fareham.
Elsewhere, Crain's Manchester Business recently reported plans for the construction of more than two million sq ft of office space have been given the go-ahead in Salford.
The development will also contain a 390-room hotel, 24,000 sq ft of retail space and a new food, drink and entertainment complex.
