Maxim office park in central Scotland is continuing to attract office interior investment from businesses looking to relocate to the area, it has been claimed.
Due for completion in 2010, the park has already attracted a number of companies to it which have signed long-term leases, with the development aiming to create employment for up to 8,000 individuals in the region.
Maxim chief executive Karen Campbell said: "We are ready to play a valuable role in encouraging inward investment by attracting leading national and international companies to the park and allowing them to enjoy the highest quality buildings, facilities and infrastructure within Scotland's newest office park."
Elsewhere in the country, European recycling company Shanks recently announced that it plans to carry out an office relocation project having signed a ten-year lease for 5,000 sq ft of modern office interior space at the Easter Queenslie scheme.
In total, the company believes that this move will help it save up to £237,000 in empty rates annually.
