Design agency Melli UK has announced an upcoming office relocation to new premises at Corby Business Centre.
The company will become the first tenant of the recently completed £8.3 million development and will benefit from 24-hour access, a free car park, on-site support from business experts and up to 33,000 sq ft of new office interior space to choose from.
Stuart Hartley, manager of the centre, said: "The Corby Enterprise Centre is one of the most exciting enterprise and innovation buildings that I have seen. It's a fantastic building and one that will attract and support new and emerging businesses such as Melli UK."
Elsewhere in the region, commercial agents CB Richard Ellis and GVA Grimley have been instructed to market Birmingham's iconic office building The Mailbox.
The property has been valued at approximately £150 million and the building's owners are hopeful of achieving its asking price when the property officially comes on the market in the new year.
