Commercial property agent MERJS has announced it is marketing office space at Bedford House, 21a John Street in the Bloomsbury area of London.
Situated on the first floor of the building, the office interior space totals approximately 8,000 sq ft and is about to be refurbished.
"Bedford House is located in a fantastic part of Bloomsbury and is a large commercial property built more recently than the Georgian properties that surround it. It provides excellent office accommodation with modern facilities," commented Colin Becker, equity director for MERJS.
He added that there is likely to be considerable interest in this property when new leases are signed in December.
The agent also recently announced a letting to an unnamed firm at a building on Margaret Street in London.
Mr Becker noted that the property has excellent transport links and is very "quirky" in its design, meaning it too will likely be attractive to tenants.
