Capita Symonds has announced plans to move into new office space in Bootle at Alaska House.
The property has achieved a Very Good BREEAM rating and will see the firm relocating 134 members of staff at the end of January 2011.
Capita Symonds has signed a 13-year lease at the building and will occupy the third floor of the property once the move is completed.
"I believe that Alaska House will help us to realise both ours and the council's ambitions of improved service delivery and business growth within the borough as well as providing our staff and visitors with a first class environment," commented Gary Massey, business director for Capita Symonds' Sefton office.
Meanwhile, the Need Office Space blog recently reported that office refurbishment work at the iconic Royal Liver Building in Liverpool is almost complete.
According to the news provider, the £20 million project has been carried out in time for the building's centenary celebrations in 2011 and to help attract new tenants to the waterfront property.
