Mindshare has agreed to take on 78,000 sq ft of office space at Central Saint Giles in London's West End.
The length of the contract and costs involved have been undisclosed by Legal & General Property. However, the firm has said Mindshare will move into office interior space on the seventh and eighth floors of the property.
"It is very pleasing that our first office occupier Mindshare has a reputation for being creative, innovative, forward thinking and market leading given that these are the same attributes ascribed to our development," commented Simon Wilkes, head of development at Legal & General Property.
Mindshare is a subsidiary of marketing communications firm WPP.
Elsewhere in the capital, British Land recently signed an agreement for a 50:50 joint venture with Oxford Properties for the construction of the landmark Cheesegrater project on Leadenhall Street.
Costing £340 million, the building will deliver 610,000 sq ft of new office interior space.
