Accountancy firm Mitchell Charlesworth has announced plans to move to new premises on Deansgate.
Crain's Manchester Business reported the firm has signed a lease for 4,000 sq ft of modern office design space at Bruntwood's Centurion House. The company is moving from its old home of Brazennose House in Manchester.
Mitchell Charlesworth partner Jeremy Odie commented: "Although the two locations are quite close, we are joining some blue chip names at Centurion House, which not only offers a more prominent address but also much more modern facilities for our clients and staff."
The company specialises in corporate recovery and personal insolvency services.
Elsewhere, Marks & Spencer recently announced plans to move its head offices into 21,000 sq ft of office space at the Spinningfields development in Manchester.
The company has signed a 15-year lease for 3 Hardman Street at the office interior park and plans to move from its present headquarters in Salford Quays.
