Modern office design for Liverpool unveiled

Archial Architects has been awarded the contract for the design of new office premises in Liverpool.

The company has secured the £3.8million contract to outline plans for new, modern office design space at Liverpool Innovation Park for Space North West.

It will involve the construction of a new entrance building, as well as the refurbishment of a number of properties that are already situated at the site.

Rocco Piliero, director at Archial's Manchester office, said: "We are delighted to secure this instruction for the detailed design and construction stages of what will be the new entrance building to the recently expanded Liverpool Innovation Park."

Work is scheduled to get underway on the new project this month, with a completion date for the plans to be November this year.

Archial operates out of 17 UK offices, as well as a number of overseas properties, including in Beijing, Shanghai, Abu Dhabi, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
