CB Richard Ellis has sold office an office interior development in Manchester for £4.7 million.
Trafford Park was sold on behalf of Royal London Asset Management to Jolivet Investments.
The park was built in the 1970s and offers 11 suites totalling 125,000 sq ft of office interior and warehousing space.
Simon Wood, senior director of the north-west investment team at CB Richard Ellis, said: "Securing a deal such as this is a very positive step for the regional market and goes to show that deals can be done, even in a challenging market."
He added that the north-west is continuing to attract investors both nationally and internationally by "offering quality stocks and locations".
Elsewhere in the city, Rotherham-based Horbury Group recently announced a £1 million deal for the construction of office interior space at Manchester's Piccadilly Place development.
The company is set to build 190,000 sq ft of office interior space, with the project due for completion some time next year.
