There are a growing number of people who are interested in the London office market, according to recent figures.
Jones Lang LaSalle has reported that in the first quarter of 2011, demand for corporate buildings has risen by six per cent, which could mean that more people are likely to seek help from office refurb specialists.
Head of West End Agency at the firm Jonathan Evans stated that this highlights the strength of the office market in central London at the moment.
He commented that the sector has been recovering well since the financial crisis, adding: "There is a growing imbalance between quality supply and increasing demand for Grade A space across London."
This supports findings from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, which revealed that the property sector in London and the south-east was doing better than the rest of the country.
As demand for buildings continues to grow, more projects involving changing the interior office design are likely to go ahead.
