Metal cutting machines manufacturer Mori Seiko has opened a new office in Rotherham.
The firm has set up office interior space at the AMP Technology Centre on the Advanced Manufacturing Park. It plans to use this new office as the base for support of the Strategic Affordable Manufacturing in the UK with Leading Environmental Technology project.
Joe Anwyl, senior business development manager at the AMP, added: "It is terrific that a company with the reputation of Mori Seiki has moved to the AMP and has joined the other world-renowned companies located here."
Elsewhere in the region, the Hull Daily Mail reported telecoms firm KC is spending £4 million on the refurbishment of its headquarters on Carr Lane.
Telephone House is now at the planning stage but the firm is confident approval for the project will be soon achieved that will see the company go from strength to strength in the years ahead.
