International luxury brand Mulberry has announced an office relocation to new premises in Kensington.
The company has taken up residence in 45,000 sq ft of grade A office interior space at a five-storey property in the heart of one of the city's most exclusive and fashionable neighbourhoods.
In total, 160 members of staff will be making the move to the firm's new London headquarters, with the building having previously been let to McKinsey & Company.
Director for Mulberry Roger Mather concluded: "The search for our new home had been underway since the summer of 2009 and so we are delighted to be moving into the perfect location."
Elsewhere in the capital, the BBC recently announced it has secured Lambert Smith Hampton to act as agent for a potential deal for the rental of Television Centre in the heart of the city.
The BBC is aiming to maximise the value of the property, which includes production areas, office interior space and is a creative hub for talent in the UK broadcasting field.
