The Octagon in Manchester is being handled by new letting agents in a bid to let more office interior space at the development.

Crain's Manchester Business reported the five-storey modern office design structure is now being handled by the Manchester office of Jones Lang LaSalle.

Situated on Hathersage Road in Victoria Park, the property has large, open floorplan office interiors and onsite private parking for almost 200 vehicles.

"The accommodation can provide suites from 13,814 sq ft to 85,188 sq ft and is available on an effective fully repairing and insuring lease or alternatively the building is available on a freehold basis," Richard Stokes, from Jones Lang LaSalle, told the newspaper.

Elsewhere in the city, construction firm WT Partnership has signed a ten-year lease for 1,800 sq ft of modern office design space at 80 Mosley Street.

Principal developer Bilsdale Properties has recently completed an office refurbishment project on the building.
