Marketing and design firm AHP Design has opened a new office in Digbeth, Birmingham.
The company is setting up its first office after running a virtual office environment for the past year, the Birmingham Post reports.
Now situated in Birmingham's Rhubarb building in the creative quarter, the firm's founders had previously been working from their homes.
"Birmingham Chamber of Commerce has been instrumental in helping us promote ourselves and we were thrilled to have been awarded a business space grant from Birmingham City Council to help us set up," AHP founder Sian Lenegan told the publication.
She added that the new premises have a lot to offer a business, not least because of their location in the UK's second largest city.
Meanwhile, 11 Brindley Place in Birmingham was recently awarded the Best Commercial Workplace accolade at this year's British Council for Offices Awards.
The property has a BREEAM rating of Excellent and also achieved the Best of the Best award 2010 for commercial office space.
