Office construction plans for a new business centre in London's Cheapside have been announced by Business Environment.
The company is looking to open the new development opposite the recently opened One New Change retail centre, with the area up and coming for both business and shopping in London.
David Saul, managing director at Business Environment, commented: "This is the first [business centre] on Cheapside and really benefits from the recent developments at One New Change that have enhanced local shopping and eating in this part of the City."
He added that the project includes the creation of a "stunning" business lounge and full-height glass atrium.
Elsewhere in the capital, office construction work has got underway at the Kings Cross Central project.
The development is now set to deliver up to 430,000 sq ft of new office interior space for the capital and somewhere in the region of 8.6 million sq ft of new retail space.
