Office construction work could be about to get underway at Nuneaton business park following plans by the Motor Industry Research Association (MIRA) to upgrade many of the buildings at the site.
The organisation is proposing a £300 million overhaul of the office interior space at the premises in order to deliver more sustainable office design space for tenants in the future, Offices.org.uk reports.
Terry Spall, commercial director for MIRA said: "While our work is at the cutting edge of what is possible, we have many buildings, including our main office block, that are environmentally inefficient and far from ideal. We are in danger of missing business opportunities as a result."
Meanwhile, the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children recently announced it has moved into its new regional headquarters in Leeds city centre.
The organisation has taken on 7,850 sq ft of grade A office interiors at St John's offices in Albion Street.
