Global insurance firm Willis has opened a new office in Cardiff at 5 Callahan Square.
The company has taken on 3,300 sq ft on the sixth floor of the property and will see 20 members of staff relocated to the site in the near future.
David Fletcher, regional director for Willis' Welsh & West Corporate business, said: "Moving to such a prestigious new Welsh head office is a clear commitment to give our staff a world-class working environment."
He added that it is also an investment in Wales because the firm foresees long-term growth in the corporate and commercial sector business.
Meanwhile, Lloyds Banking Group recently announced plans to sell off up to one-fifth of its office space in order to improve in-house efficiency and cut down on bills.
The company has appointed agent CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) to look into the disposal of the offices, which are spread over more than 400 locations around the UK and are primarily found above the bank's many branches.
