Financial services provider Friends Provident has announced its relocation to new office interior space at One New Change in the City of London.
The firm has taken on 48,000 sq ft office space at the building and will see approximately 200 members of staff taking up residence at the new premises in the near future.
Executive director of operations at Friends Provident David Hynam said: "There is a real synergy between the flexible, contemporary office space at One New Change and our ambition for Friends Provident to be a progressive, industry-leading financial services company."
He added that the move will provide the company with the opportunity to bring the recently expanded business together under one roof, while still remaining at the heart of the City.
Meanwhile, west London property White City is set to undergo refurbishment following an agreement between the BBC and the government.
The building is to offer 60,000 sq ft of office space to firms in the creative industries once complete.
