Richmond House in Manchester is to see two new businesses move into modern office design space at the property.
Situated on Bloom Street, the building is to become home to advertising, design and marketing agency Creation ADM and will also see the basement let on a ten-year lease to Eagle Bar, Crain's Manchester Business reported.
Eagle Bar is to convert 3,033 sq ft of what is presently the basement of the building into an upbeat wine bar, while Creation ADM has signed a five-year lease for 2,761 sq ft of modern office design space on the first floor of the building.
The property is owned by Canning O'Neill - a firm which offers a range of other office buildings throughout the region - and in total offers 10,512 sq ft of space at the site.
Its other premises include Anchorage One in Salford Quays, 52 Princess Street and The Beeches, Wilmslow.
