Development company Dandara has announced that it is to open a new lettings office in Manchester because of an influx of businesses to the area.
Manchester Confidential has reported that the firm is opening its second office interior in the area to accommodate a growing number of young professionals who are moving into the north-west city.
The company opened its first office in 2006 and now looks after 531 properties in the city on behalf of its business clients.
Dandara lettings manager Vicky McCarrick told the newspaper: "Manchester is enjoying an influx of young professionals, with many aspiring to stylish city centre living at an affordable price."
Meanwhile, Crain's Manchester Business recently reported that plans for a £30 million regeneration of the Salford Quays area have been put forward by the development firm The Carlyle Group.
The project is to create a number of new office interior buildings as part of an 8.4-acre office-led development in the heart of the city.
