Spark Impact has announced the opening of a new north-west office at Liverpool Science Park.
The company is set to take on office interior space at the development's Innovation Centre 1, located off Mount Pleasant.
The coming months are set to see a significant investment in the biomedical sector in the north-west and as a result, Spark Impact hopes to be at the centre of plans for the delivery of up to £25 million from the Northwest Fund for Biomedical.
Other new tenants to take up space at the property in recent months include BioEDEN and Dynamic Water Technologies.
Meanwhile, GVA Grimley recently predicted office interior space across the north-west will likely prove attractive to tenants in the coming 12 months.
Simon Reynolds, a partner at the firm, said: "Both Liverpool and Manchester will have the only new office schemes committed or available, which will continue to attract new business."
