New Liverpool office space gets go ahead

A £6.5 million investment is to be made in a new office design in Liverpool by the firm Hitchcock, Wright & Partners, it has been announced.Liverpool Daily Post Business News has reported that the company has proposed plans for the new Meridian Business Village in the south of the city.
The venture will see the construction of 22 self-contained offices and the grounds of the park are to be landscaped to provide an attractive and secure working environment for businesses in the area.
Offices will range from 1,380 sq ft to 5,390 sq ft and will be tailored to meet the specific commercial needs of tenants.
In related news, Chroegus.co.uk recently reported that office space in the Liverpool area is currently in high demand.
For example, a new £2 million office development based at One Dale Street is receiving high levels of interest from businesses interested in renting out the 50,000 sq ft office layout.
