New London office for TMC

Marine equipment supplier TMC has opened a new office in London at Standon House in Whitechapel, Southwark.
According to Free Office Search, the company has taken on 5,212 sq ft of grade A office interior space at the property and has signed a ten-year lease at £19 per sq ft per annum.
The company will be residing on the fifth floor of the premises, with travel links close by at Aldgate and Aldgate East underground stations to enable an easy commute for workers and clients.
Overseeing the deal were joint agents Farebrother and Ostrumoff.
Elsewhere in the region, Learning Tree International recently announced the opening of a new office at Mole Business Park in Leatherhead, Surrey.
The management and IT training specialist has taken on 14,000 sq ft of new modern office design space at Unit 8 of the property and has signed a ten-year lease at £23 per sq ft per annum.
