Kitchen design firm and wholesale seller Kutchenhaus has announced an expansion of its office premises in Manchester.
The company has taken on an additional 11,000 sq ft of office interior space at Kings Park, where it already operates 13,000 sq ft of floor space. It has signed a ten-year deal with agent Savills for the office area, enabling the company to boost its influence in the UK.
Stuart Murray, industrial director at Savills, commented: "Kings Park benefits from a superb location within the renowned Trafford Park industrial scheme and is therefore a perfect setting for an established international brand such as Kutchenhaus."
Founded in 2004, the company prides itself on offering high-quality kitchen design for discerning homeowners.
The firm delivers pre-built units that are not flat-pack and supplies complete kitchens from German manufacturer Nobilia - a company that claims to have completed one in three kitchen installations across Germany.
