Two new tenants have moved into office interior space at Manchester's Cotton House.
Global technology and online media company Specific Media UK and professional services company Farrsight have each moved into the building in recent weeks, Free Office Search reports.
"We are very happy to secure these two pre-lets on the back of the whole-scale refurbishment of Cotton House. In addition to this, the building is in a great location close to useful transport links and amenities," commented Andrew Cowell, head of sales in Manchester at the building's owner.
Meanwhile, Centurion House in Deansgate recently underwent office refurbishment work that resulted in the creation of 70 new workstations at the premises.
Overall, the building now offers three floors of serviced office space, as well as a further nine storeys of conventional office accommodation. It saw a 47 per cent rise in the amount of available office interiors as a result of the refurbishment work.
