WNS Assistance (WNSA) has opened a new office at Oakham Business Park in Mansfield for its subsidiary Property Claims.
The firm has its UK headquarters in Langtree, Merseyside at a custom-built premises for the firm, but believes this new venture will help to open up markets elsewhere in the country.
Senior vice-president of property at WNSA Arthur Rackstraw said: "We selected the site because it is strategically placed in relation to other WNSA offices and we are able to utilise the wealth of property claims expertise which has traditionally been located in this area."
Meanwhile, global defence and aerospace developer Cobham announced the opening of its new headquarters in Hampshire recently.
The firm has moved into 43,000 sq ft of grade A office interior space at the Fusion development at Solent Business Park and has signed a ten-year lease at the premises with rental costs of £18.25 per sq ft.
