A new modern office design scheme entitled Richmond Gardens has been put forward in Bournemouth by Grosvenor Tonstate Group.
Plans have been submitted for a £50 million mixed-use development which, if given the green light, will deliver 1,500 sq ft of modern office design space, a new 173-bed hotel and up to an additional 120 homes to the city.
In total, five new buildings are to be constructed as part of the project, with one being a dedicated multi-storey car park and shopping arcade.
Adam West, partner at CZWG - the firm which designed the plans - said: "Richmond Gardens will make a significant contribution to the rejuvenation of this part of Bournemouth's town centre."
Elsewhere in the south of England, Royal Liver Assurance recently sold its City of London office interior space to a private investor for £14.5 million. The building is currently let to the Bank of India, which has 11 years remaining on its lease.
