A new office interior development is to be opened in Cornwall.

White River Place in St Austell town centre will offer 155,000 sq ft of modern office design space for the use of firms in the area.

The development was recently awarded a BREEAM rating of Excellent and achieved a sustainable office design score of 74.16 per cent.

White River Developments' director Sean Finlay said: "White River Place gives the town centre the opportunity to compete with neighbouring centres and to profit from its proximity to nearby tourist hubs like the Eden Project."

Meanwhile, a new £2.4 million office is set to open in Northallerton at the start of November.

County Business Park off Darlington Road will offer modern office design space to up to 30 businesses and to give firms in the area a taster of what they could expect at the development, an open day showcasing the sustainable office design features of the site was held last Thursday (October 22nd).
