Ryden and King Sturge have each secured new office interior lettings at Granton in Edinburgh.

Each of the companies acted as agents for office relocation programmes for Slimlite Glazing and Marshall Autocare, with Slimlite signing a five-year lease on 10,052 sq ft of modern office design space at the development and Marshall securing 4,462 sq ft for an initial one-year period.

Rent for each of the companies is believed to be £4 per sq ft.

Mungo Ingleby, at Ryden, commented: "The space at Granton represents excellent value for money and we look forward to securing tenants for the two remaining units in the near future."

Elsewhere in the city, NHS National Services Scotland (NSS) recently secured a letting for 11,367 sq ft of modern office design space in Gyle Square on South Gyle Broadway on a 20-year lease.

Property consultant CB Richard Ellis was integral in brokering the deal with NSS believed to be paying £19 per sq ft.
