A new 80-acre business park has been given the green light in Lincoln, it has been revealed.
The development at Teal Park by the Greater Lincoln Partnership could create a large amount of new modern office design space in the area and would be beneficial to businesses looking to relocate to the district.
Paul Wheatley, head of economic regeneration programmes at Lincolnshire County Council, said: "The site will provide a significant amount of employment land in one location on a scale which should attract larger users from inside and outside Lincolnshire."
Furthermore, the scheme includes a £9 million project to improve road traffic infrastructure in the surrounding area and will look to turn Lincoln's bypass into a new dual carriageway.
Elsewhere, a new office scheme was recently announced in Nottingham.
Development company Peel unveiled plans for a new 20,000 sq m mixed use office scheme in the city which will create a new hotel and office interior complex at Sovereign House.
