New office layout 'may come to Cheshire village'
16-05-2008
An office interior could be at the heart of a new development in the north-west of England, it has been revealed.Earlier this week, plans were submitted to Chester city council for a mixed-use facility which includes the creation of 3,000 sq ft of office layout and parking for 62 cars in the village of Tarvin.
In addition, plans to construct shops, restaurants and a supermarket have also been drafted up in the formal application of the Nelson's Quarter project, the Chester Chronicle reports.
If granted, the plans will also see a new filter lane be created on the A54 to open up access to the site.
Meanwhile, developers Osborne Kinsey report that they have received interest from the National Farmers' Union to take-up the office interior.
In other news in the region, it was recently revealed that Wales-based consultancy firm Capita Symonds is to enter a new office layout in Chester as part of its overall expansion plans.
