London's City district has seen the opening of a new office development by i2 Office.
The firm has opened its latest serviced office centre at 10 Lloyds Avenue and will be delivering a range of suites designed for between two to five persons. Occupancy at the site already stands at more than 50 per cent, with demand continuing to be seen among technology tenants in particular.
Nick Wentworth-Stanley, director at i2 Office, commented: "These offices provide the ideal solution for a company looking for a modern office in London's vibrant financial district."
He added that the firm is responding to high demand for office space in London, particularly in the exclusive and popular City area.
Elsewhere in the capital, AstraZeneca recently announced the opening of a new headquarters at Two Kingdom Street.
The firm has moved from its former premises at a property in Mayfair and will be relocating 350 members of staff to the development over the coming months.
