An office refurbishment has been carried out for firms to take on new office interior space in the heart of Birmingham.
Four Brindleyplace has been revamped by Hines Global REIT and Moorfield Group and will be offering 20,000 sq ft of modern office design space to tenants over the coming years.
In total, the property offers 114,000 sq ft of office space and its present occupiers include such big-name firms as Deloitte and Michael Page.
Igor Mathias of Hines commented: "This latest office opportunity provides potential occupiers with the opportunity to relocate their business to an exceptional property located within the award-winning Brindleyplace estate."
Simon Jones, research project manager for officebroker.com, recently argued that returns on office space in big cities outside of London, such as Birmingham or Manchester, could be much better than at present by the end of next year.
However, Mr Jones added that this recovery will very much depend upon the state of the economy and a sustained upturn taking place over the coming months.
