New office space to be opened in Portsmouth

Developer Regus will open the newly refurbished 1,000 Lakeside business complex in June 2008.

Property company Highcross had invested £13.8 million into the construction of the facility and the office refit is now complete.

The modern office design will boast a state-of-the-art complex with large meeting rooms, videoconferencing facilities and business lounges.

Lakeside is located in the south of Portsmouth only ten minutes drive from the M25. It is set in a large wooded area with lakes and plenty of greenery. The facilities will be open to small and large businesses alike.

It is also located some 20 minutes from Port Solent Marina where sailing and leisure facilities are easily available for corporate entertaining or for simply unwinding.

In other office fit out news on the south coast of England, it was recently revealed that property development firm Terrace Hill had been given the green light to build a new office development in Southampton.
