Sefton Council has announced Berkeley James is to take over as its preferred partner on a Southport office interior development scheme.
According to Place North West, Southport Business Park, situated on Wight Moss Way in Kew, is to have two large-scale modern office design structures offering approximately 10,000 sq ft of grade A office interior space each.
"There is very little commercial property of this specification available in this area and we have already received a high level of interest from potential tenants," Tony Byrne, director of Berkeley James, said.
He added the development will have a lasting positive impact on the availability of modern office design space in the town.
Elsewhere, Salisbury-based Rowanmoor Pensions recently announced plans to expand its present office interior space.
The firm will now occupy the first and second floor offices of Castle House in Castle Street, in addition to the whole of Rowanmoor House and Sarum House.
