A new office interior has been set up in Stansted which offers small to medium-sized businesses the chance to rent office space on a pay as you go basis, it has been revealed.

Office industry news source Choregus has reported that Thremhall Park Business Centre is to offer its clients the chance to hire office space on a daily basis to cater for those firms which feel the economic burden of a permanent office is too much.

Maya Currell, sales and marketing manager at Thremhall Park, said: "We are extremely excited about the new pay as you go office service, as we feel that it offers the most flexible office hire option in the Stansted area."

Meanwhile, Choregus recently reported that many small businesses in the south of England are seeing Reading as an attractive alternative to London for housing staff.

A recent survey carried out by the website found that of 122 southern firms, 61 said they would choose Reading as their first choice alternative should prices in the capital remain high.
