New Solihull office design 'has good Breeam rating'

Green office design was at the heart of a new business development in Birmingham.According to the Birmingham Post, The Pavilions in Solihull has been issued with an impressive Breeam rating.
Breeam is a method of assessing the various materials and processes affect the environment and helps commercial interior designers reduce this.
The Solihull development includes 12 self-contained office layouts aimed at small businesses and is close enough to Solihull centre and the M42 to offer added convenience, organisers claim.
In addition, the units each include air conditioning, raised floors and ample parking and range in size from 1,649 sq ft to 8,537 sq ft.
Kelvin Craddock, at agents Jones Lang LaSalle, said: "The Pavilions provides the highest standard of accommodation, offering an excellent opportunity for both owner-occupiers and investors alike."
Recent data in the Financial Times reveals that Birmingham offices are averaging £32.50 per sq ft, compared to other areas: Manchester office space, for example, commands £28.50 and Glasgow costs an average of £27.50.
