New tenant for Leeds business property

Compco Fire Systems has completed an office relocation to new premises in Leeds city centre.
The firm has taken on 1,181 sq ft of office interior space at Centre 27 Business Park and signed a five-year lease for the premises, with the deal being brokered by Jones Lang LaSalle.
Tom Brammeld, senior surveyor in Jones Lang LaSalle's office agency team, said: "Centre 27 is a successful office development which comprises of nine detached two-storey buildings set within a landscaped environment with on-site allocated parking for each property."
He added that the property still has a number of small office units available for let.
Elsewhere in the city, Free Office Search recently reported that Avertis Risk Solutions has moved into new premises at Regent House in Leeds centre.
The company has taken on 3,535 sq ft of office interior space at the city centre property and signed a ten-year lease of the office space.
