Television Versioning & Translation (TVT) has taken on the ground floor of The Building on Chiswick High Road in London.
TVT has agreed to pay £25 per sq ft on a ten-year lease for 3,923 sq ft of office interior space at the premises.
Owned by German fund IVG Institutional Funds, the property letting was managed by agents Savills and Altus Edwin Hill.
Andrew Willcock of Savills commented: "The western corridor of [the] M25 has seen a good level of demand for corporates this year and The Building, which lies close to the heart of Chiswick, continues to attract excellent levels of interest."
Other tenants at The Building presently include Broadcast Text International and Taleo.
Meanwhile, MERJS recently announced the letting of 2,154 sq ft of office space at Margaret Street to an unnamed business.
Colin Becker, equity director for MERJS, stated that the property is a "very attractive" period building, but features a number of "quirky" design features that help it stand out from other properties in the area.
