Seven new tenants have been unveiled at Northern Trust's Genesis Centre in Stoke-on-Trent.
The development offers serviced office interiors ranging from 177 to 1,838 sq ft, with MPCG (Recruitment), Health2Works, Dunion & Co Ltd, Ecomo, Textile Solutions and Millennium Business Services all signing deals to take on space at the premises.
Diane Joynson, centre manager, stated: "We are delighted to have secured the recent lettings at Genesis Centre, highlighting the quality of the building, its surroundings and services that are offered."
She added that this is an exciting time for the business centre, with significant demand for office space being seen in recent months.
Elsewhere, eight new lettings were recently announced for office space in Wilmslow.
Global Graphics Software, Chameleon Communications, Talent Resources, Evolve Energy, White Stuff, TNG, Lusis Payments and Sky Parlour PR have all moved into new office interior space totalling 12,500 sq ft in the town in recent months, Free Office Search reports.
