Eight tenants have been announced for an office development in Wilmslow.
Global Graphics Software, Chameleon Communications, Talent Resources, Evolve Energy, White Stuff, TNG, Lusis Payments and Sky Parlour PR have all moved into new office interior space totalling 12,500 sq ft owned by Orbit in recent months, Free Office Search reports.
The company saw the office lettings at Springfield House, Barfield House, Number 2 Teejay Court and Cresta House, all in Wilmslow - with the latter now completely let following the deals with White Stuff and TNG.
Meanwhile, Holborn Business Centre in Greater London recently saw four new tenants move in - TradeTracker International, Leisure Breaks, Dapper Digital and Sefaira.
Mads Jensen, chief executive officer of Sefaira, commented: "We opted for serviced office space as we're a young, expanding business and it gives us the flexibility to size up as the company grows."
