New tenants for Liverpool office space

Renewable energy technology developer and supplier Enfinity has taken on new office interior space at The Plaza in St Paul's Square, Liverpool.
The company has expanded its office requirements, increasing its rental area at the site from four to ten workstations having originally taken out office space at the premises in June 2010.
Colin Forshaw, head of Liverpool sales at owner of the property, said "We have adapted the service space to meet the needs of the company to take additional workstations at very short notice. The company can continue to expand with us as and when they require."
Meanwhile, Mike Stares, a director of Rumford Investments, recently noted that demand for grade A office interiors in Liverpool is presently outstripping supply.
However, he argued that the lack of high rents in the city - headline rents of £18 per sq ft on average - means that the construction of new projects is simply not economically viable in the present market.
